Does it handle Factory Act statutory forms (Form 11, Form 12, Form 16)?

Yes. The HRMS auto-generates all statutory registers in the formats state factory inspectors accept. Form 11 (worker register), Form 12 (muster roll), Form 16 (overtime register), accident register, and the leave-with-wages register are all available as exports. Some states require specific paper layouts; we customise the export template per state.

Can it scale to 500+ daily biometric punches across 3 shifts?

How does contract labour compliance work?

Contract workers are modelled separately from permanent employees with their own wage register, statutory contribution flows, and CLRA compliance flags. Principal-employer obligations (verifying contractor PF/ESI submissions) are tracked monthly. Contract-renewal alerts trigger 30 days before expiry.

What about state-specific OT and PT rules?

The HRMS uses the work-location field on each worker to apply the correct state rules. PT slab, OT cap, statutory leave entitlements all derive from work-location. Workers who switch plants mid-month get pro-rated correctly.

Can it integrate with our existing biometric devices (eSSL, Matrix, Realtime)?

Yes. We build the integration as part of the standard scope. Most Indian factory biometric vendors support REST API or SDK pull; we wire up the punch-stream into the HRMS attendance module so your inspector dashboard shows real-time presence.

How long does the build take for a 200-worker factory?
