Pushkar Gaikwad

Pushkar is a SaaS entrepreneur who has been building and scaling software products since the early 2010s. He started Fuzen after his previous startup failed -- not because the idea was wrong or the market was weak, but because the tech team was unreliable and had limited capabilities.
That experience opened his eyes to a pattern he saw everywhere: founders with clear visions and real customers, stuck in an endless loop of missed deadlines, blown budgets, and half-built software from agencies and freelancers who overpromised and underdelivered.
His insight: if AI could handle the 90% of development that is repetitive across every business app, a small expert team could focus on the 10% that is specific to each customer.
