We build with HIPAA principles by default — granular role-based access (dentist / hygienist / front desk / billing), audit logging, encrypted at rest and in transit, signed Business Associate Agreements on request. Specific compliance scope (BAA, audit-ready logs, data-residency) is quoted on the scoping call based on what your practice and insurance carriers need.

Yes — you own everything from day one. We hand over the full codebase, the database, and the deployment configuration. You can take it to another vendor, host it yourself, or keep us on managed hosting + small-change support. There’s no vendor lock-in.

Once your build is ready (week 3-4), we deliver a private staging URL with your real test data loaded. Your team runs end-to-end scenarios: new-patient intake, hygiene recall, treatment plan + claim, multi-location handoff. We log every defect, fix it, and you only release the 90% balance once you’ve signed off.

Yes. Small changes — new field, new dashboard, tweaked workflow — are included in our managed support. Larger changes (a whole new module like ortho treatment progress, a new insurance-carrier integration) get scoped + quoted separately. There’s no SOW theatre.

Email + SMS (Twilio / SendGrid), payment links (Stripe / Square / Razorpay), Google Calendar + Outlook for provider scheduling, accounting (QuickBooks / Xero), e-Rx where supported by your state and your existing provider. Imaging system bridges (Dexis / Romexis / Sidexis) are scoped per build. We do the integration work as part of the build — you don’t pay extra per integration.

You pay 10% on the scoping call once the scope and quote are signed. We start the build that week. After 3–4 weeks you get a private staging URL with your test data. You run real workflows.
