From phone contacts and spreadsheets to one real estate CRM
Most agents run their business from phone contacts, a spreadsheet and a notes app. Lead emails sit in the inbox, follow-ups depend on memory, and deal deadlines live on a sticky note.
Fuzen Real Estate Hub keeps every lead, buyer, seller, listing, showing and deal in one place, with the next task for each agent on a Today list.
Made for
- Solo agents who want their pipeline out of a spreadsheet
- Team leads who route leads to agents and watch follow-ups
- Broker-owners of small residential brokerages with 1 to 10 agents
Not for brokerages that need an IDX website, paid lead generation or an MLS feed.
What Fuzen Real Estate Hub does
The everyday work of a real estate agent, from the first lead email to the home anniversary a year after closing.
Contact import from a spreadsheet
The mapping screen matches your own column names, and rows that repeat a contact you already have are listed for merge instead of imported twice.
Lead emails become leads
Paste or forward a lead notification email and the app reads the name, phone, email and property, sets the source and keeps the original email on the timeline.
No duplicate leads
An inquiry from a phone number you already have goes on that contact and the agent is notified. The same email twice is logged as a repeat.
Lead routing per source
Send each source's leads to a named agent or round robin between agents, and reassign leads in bulk with one notification to the new agent.
Matching listings for each buyer
A buyer's page shows the active listings that fit their price range, beds and areas.
Follow-up plans
Apply a plan and its call, text, email and note tasks are created at the plan's day offsets. Mark the lead as lost and the open plan tasks are cancelled.
Showings and open houses
Record showing feedback that lands on the calendar, the buyer's timeline and the listing's showing log. Open house visitors sign in and become leads.
Deal deadlines and checklists
Inspection and other deadlines show in Upcoming deadlines, as a task and on the calendar. Buyer-side deals carry a checklist with a progress share.
Commission splits
GCI, referral fee, agent share and brokerage share are worked out as you type the price and percentages.
Text, WhatsApp and email
Text and WhatsApp buttons open with the contact's number and a prefilled message, and you press send. Send email templates from your own Gmail or SMTP.
Past clients and home anniversaries
Close a deal and the client becomes a past client with a home anniversary, a task for the same date next year and a past client plan.
Dashboard and reports
KPI tiles, a deals pipeline and charts on the dashboard. Lead source conversion and GCI by month reports, with CSV export.
Lead intake
Every lead email becomes a lead
Paste a lead notification email from Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com or your website. The app reads the name, phone, email and property, sets the source, keeps the original email on the timeline and flags a missing phone.
Or connect a mailbox in Settings > Lead intake and forward your lead emails to it. The app checks it every minute and creates the leads. Your website form can post to a webhook URL, and those leads arrive with the source Website.
Emails that are not leads, such as newsletters, wait in a Needs review queue with an in-app notification, where you convert or ignore them.
Buyers and sellers
One page for each client
Start from the spreadsheet you already have. The mapping screen matches your own column names, and rows that repeat an existing contact are listed for merge instead of imported twice.
Each buyer's page holds their price range, beds and areas, and shows the active listings that fit. Their showings, deals, follow-up plan and every call, note and email sit on the same page.
Click Text or WhatsApp and it opens with the contact's number and a prefilled message. You press send.
Follow-up plans
Follow up on every lead, on schedule
A plan is a list of call, text, email and note steps with day offsets, for example a call on day 0, a short intro text on day 1 and matching listings by email on day 3. Apply it from a contact or from the contacts list and the tasks are created on those days.
Set the lead to Lost and the plan's open tasks are cancelled, so nobody keeps calling a lead that has gone cold.
Showings and open houses
Showing feedback in one place
Schedule a showing and record the buyer's feedback afterwards. It appears on the calendar, on the buyer's timeline and in the listing's showing log, ready for your seller update.
At an open house, hand visitors the sign-in screen. New visitors become leads linked to the listing, and a phone number you already have goes on that contact's timeline with no duplicate.
Deals and commission
From offer to closing, with nothing missed
Inspection, appraisal and other deal deadlines show in Upcoming deadlines, as a task for the agent and on the calendar. Buyer-side deals carry a checklist with a progress share, and a listing-side deal moves its listing to pending, then sold, with the dates kept.
Commission is worked out as you type. A $400,000 sale at 3 percent, with a 25 percent referral fee and a 70 percent agent split, gives GCI of $12,000, a $3,000 referral, $6,300 to the agent and $2,700 to the brokerage.
Close the deal and the client becomes a past client, with a home anniversary, a task for the same date next year and a past client plan.
Your team
Each agent knows what to do today
The Broker invites agents and assistants. Agents see their own contacts, deals, tasks and commission. Assistants see every deal but no commission or reports.
Each agent's Today list shows the tasks due, next actions and contacts with no touch in 30 days. Log a call and the flag clears. Overdue tasks have their own list, and complete one and it leaves the list.
Notifications and a daily digest go out by email once you connect your own Gmail or SMTP. WhatsApp alerts reach your team through your own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API account, and without one, the app offers a click-to-chat link instead.
The broker also sees listing agreements expiring in the next 30 days, so renewals are a conversation and not a surprise.
Dashboard and reports
See which lead sources pay
The dashboard has KPI tiles for new leads, active deals, pending GCI and overdue tasks, the deals pipeline by stage, three charts and the Today list.
Reports show lead source conversion and GCI by month, and each one exports to CSV.
Attach files to contacts, listings and deals. Deleting asks for a clear confirmation, and contacts and listings with deals or showings are archived with Undo, so they can be restored.
What this template does not do
So you know before you buy. The price reflects this.
- No MLS or IDX feed, and no direct Zillow or Realtor.com connection. Leads come in by forwarded or pasted email and the website webhook.
- No dialer and no automated texting. The Text and WhatsApp buttons fill in the message and you press send. Automatic WhatsApp messages are alerts to your own team.
- No drip email to lists. Emails go to one contact at a time, from a template or a follow-up plan task.
- No e-signature, paid lead generation, rental management or invoicing.

What is a CRM for real estate agents?
It keeps your leads, buyers, sellers, listings, showings and deals in one place, with the follow-ups that turn leads into closings. Fuzen Real Estate Hub does this for solo agents, team leads and small brokerages.
How much does Fuzen Real Estate Hub cost?
$1,499 one time, plus GST. Hosting is billed separately on your Fuzen plan.
Does it connect to Zillow, Realtor.com or the MLS?
Not directly, and there is no MLS or IDX feed. Forward or paste the lead notification emails these sites send you, and the app turns each one into a lead with its source set.
Can my website form send leads to it?
Yes. The app gives you a webhook URL for your website form, and those leads arrive with the source Website.
Does it text or WhatsApp my clients automatically?
No. The Text and WhatsApp buttons open with the contact's number and a prefilled message, and you press send. The only automatic WhatsApp messages are alerts to your team, sent through your own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API account.
Can I import my contacts from a spreadsheet?
Yes. The mapping screen matches your own column names, and rows that repeat a contact you already have are listed for merge instead of imported twice.
How does it work out commission?
As you type. A $400,000 sale at 3 percent, with a 25 percent referral fee and a 70 percent agent split, gives GCI of $12,000, a $3,000 referral, $6,300 to the agent and $2,700 to the brokerage.
Do agents see each other's deals and commission?
No. Agents see their own contacts, deals, tasks and commission. Assistants see every deal but no commission or reports, and the Broker sees everything.
Can it send email?
Yes, from your own Gmail or SMTP once you connect it. Send email templates such as the showing follow-up, merged with the contact's details and logged on the timeline. It does not send drip email to lists.
Who is it not for?
Brokerages that need an IDX website, paid lead generation, an MLS feed, a dialer, automated texting, e-signature, rental management or invoicing.
