In the solar CRM app, new leads are created via the ‘lead creation form’ and then delegated to the members of the sales team.
Subsequently, the sales team performs site survey and submits the measurements and photos via the site survey form. This data is then emailed to the engineering team to help them with preliminary engineering design and a proposal.
Engineering design is then submitted in the ‘Engineering Design Submission’ form and emailed to project manager. So that he can send the proposal to the customer.
Proposal can be directly created in the Fuzen solar CRM using a predefined template and customer data.
All these actions can be tracked from the solar sales dashboard along with the details and status of each lead.
If you are a normal user, you will only see the leads assigned to you on the sales dashboard. Admin users will see all the leads currently in the pipeline.
You can search and filter leads as per company name, contact person or even their status. Click on anyone’s company name to further see the details for that customer.
In the lead details section for a customer, you will see all their details, documents gathered, proposals submitted etc. After sending the proposal, you will follow up with the customers. As per their response you can regularly update the status of that customer, by going to “Update Data >> Update Status”.
In the update status pop-up, you will be able to define the current status, next action to be taken and when that action should be scheduled.
Once you update these details, they will immediately reflect in the “lead details”.
Also, you will get a email reminder on the scheduled date for next action. Fuzen CRM will send you a ‘Todo List’ email on daily basis, listing all the activities that are now pending as per the schedule in CRM. You can also see the email and contact number of your customer in the same todo list email.
You can follow this email as a checklist for closing all the pending tasks at your end, on a daily basis.
The dropdown options for status, next action etc. are configurable in the solar CRM. The todo list email and other email notifications can also be customized as per your preferences. Please contact our support team if you want to customize them for your CRM dashboard.
