Cold Email Automation: Automate follow-up / drip email sequences

After creating your cold email outreach campaign, you can monitor the campaign from the dashboard. You can also check the status and performance of the campaign, by clicking on campaign name to open the ‘Campaign Details’ page.

If you scroll down on the campaign details page, you will also be able to set up a sequence of follow up email (or drip email sequence) for the same campaign.

Set up follow-up / drip email sequence

By default your first email in the campaign will be listed under the ‘Email Sequence’ header.

Here, you can click the button at the bottom of the screen to add an email to the sequence. It will take you to a form where you can set up the next email in this sequence.

Enter the subject for the next email and select an appropriate email template. Next you will have decide the audience segment who should receive this email in the drip sequence. For example, you can send it to – 

  • everyone on the list
  • people who opened the last email
  • people who haven’t opened the last email
  • people who clicked on the last email
  • people who haven’t clicked on the last email
  • people who responded to the last email
  • people who haven’t replied to the last email

Finally, you can specify when that email should be sent. For example, you can send it X days after the last email was sent to an recipient.

Once you have entered all the details, hit the “Save” button to add the email to your drip sequence.

Fuzen will then automatically send the drip emails as per the sequence you have defined.
