After setting up your cold email automation app within Google Drive, next you can – create new mailing lists, email templates and multiple cold email campaigns.
Now, let’s look at how to add a new mailing list to your app.
Go to the Email Campaigns Dashboard from your cold email automation app.
You will see a toolbar at the top of this dashboard. There, click on the ‘Add New Mailing List’ button.
Next, a pop-up will ask you to name your new mailing list. Provide a title and click on the button to create a new mailing list sheet.
Fuzen will create a Google Spreadsheet to manage your mailing list. Next, a pop-up will give you a link to go that sheet.
Click on the link to open the new mailing list sheet.
In this sheet, you can enter or paste a list of contacts for your next cold email campaign. The values in ‘Name’ and ‘Company’ columns can be used to personalizing your cold emails.
That’s it! After you enter or paste your contacts in this sheet, you can use them for any number of email campaigns.
