The four KPIs
My Leads
Leads currently assigned to you that haven't been Won, Lost or marked Junk.
Active Projects
Installations that are Not Started or In Progress - Commissioned and Cancelled are excluded.
Collections
Total payments recorded this month across every project.
Open Tickets
After-sales tickets in Open or In Progress status.
Sales Pipeline
Each progress bar is the count of leads in that stage. Click the Leads button at the top right of the dashboard to jump straight into the kanban view filtered to a specific stage.
Overdue Follow-ups
Lists every lead whose follow-up date is in the past and whose status isn't Won, Lost or Junk. Click View on a row to open that lead's detail page directly.
07 May - without the year. If a follow-up rolled over from a prior year it can read like an upcoming date, so double-check the lead detail page before acting.Stuck Subsidies
Surfaces any subsidy application that has sat in the same portal status for longer than the threshold you set in Settings → Company Profile → Subsidy Follow-up Threshold (default 45 days). Empty state reads "No stuck applications."
Recent Leads Activity
The last few status changes on your leads, with customer name, the new status, and the date the change was logged. Useful for a quick "what moved today" scan at the start of the day.
Role-specific views
The same dashboard reshuffles based on your role:
- Admin / Owner — everything above plus stuck subsidies and team-wide collection totals.
- Sales Executive — My Leads count, today's follow-ups, and quotes sent >7 days ago without a reply.
- Field Technician — today's site surveys and the next week of project milestones assigned to you.
