During the course of the project you will receive material requests from the site engineer. You will then have to dispatch the required material from the warehouse or inform the site engineer about the next action to be taken.

To manage and respond to material requests first click on the “Manage Material” which you can find on the left side of the Fuzen’s Project Management dashboard. Then click on the “Material Requests”.

Then click on the material item that you want to dispatch. Then a new page will open to Update Dispatched/Returned Quantities.

Then fill in all the required information and then click “UPDATE”.

You can then see all the updated information on the dashboard as shown in the image above.
