After you have completed meetings and demos with your lead, you will send them the quotation. The lead may then go through the quotation and decide if he wants to go forward. If they are interested, they will place an order.
Once you receive a PO next thing is to update order details.
To update the order details go to the sales dashboard and select the lead. Then select the “Order” option.
Here you can update all the information regarding the order. You can fill in the order receive date, PO amount, person who closed the order, delivery date, payment terms, etc.
After filling all the information click on the “UPDATE” to save.
You can also attach files/images to your order details. For this click on the “Upload Files” option.
Select the files from your device. You can add multiple files. After selecting all the files simply press “Upload”.
