In the Gsuite CRM app, a new lead is first created in the central ‘Sales Tracking’ sheet. Subsequently, the new leads are delegated to the team and meetings are scheduled.
Correspondingly, the team performs schedules a meetings and submits the meeting details and requirement. This data is then shared and then used for the demos and a then a quotation is prepared.
To update the demo details go to the sales dashboard and select the lead. Then select the “Demo” option.

Here you can update all the information regarding the demo. You can fill in the demo details, customer feedback, and remarks.
After filling all the information click on the “UPDATE” to save.
You can also attach files/images to your demo details. For this click on the “UPLOAD FILES” option.

Select the files from your device. You can add multiple files. After selecting all the files simply press “Upload”.
