All the details of customer requirement, meeting details, demo details and commercial offer are captured in the Gsuite CRM via different online form.
All of these details can be used to quickly create a quotation for the customer by filling the gathered data in a predefined quotation template.
To create quotation for a lead, first go to the sales dashboard and then select the lead. Then go to the “Quotation”

Here you select the predesigned template. After selecting the template click on the “Generate Quotation”. A quotation will automatically get created for the lead. After the quotation is created click, you can easily download it using google doc/pdf
You can then email the quotation to the lead.
